EssEvery Refund & Return Policy

At EssEvery, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order is delivered damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we’ve got you covered. Depending on the situation, we will either replace the item or provide a refund for that unit.

Please note that we currently do not accept product returns or exchanges, and return pickups are not available. You don’t need to send the product back. Simply write to us at enquiry@essevery.com and Help@essevery.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Our team will review it promptly and resolve the matter for you.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for orders that qualify for cancellation or for defective/damaged products.

  • To be eligible for a refund, please raise a request within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting photos or videos of the issue.

  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Returns & Replacements

  • We accept returns only in case of wrong, damaged, or defective items received.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Replacement or refund will be issued after inspection and verification of the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or partially used cleaning products.

  • Items without original packaging or missing labels/seals.
