Refunds

Refunds are processed only for orders that qualify for cancellation or for defective/damaged products.

To be eligible for a refund, please raise a request within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting photos or videos of the issue.

Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only in case of wrong, damaged, or defective items received.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Replacement or refund will be issued after inspection and verification of the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
